Official Bio
Dr Dayo Abinusawa is a Lead Service Designer at Shell. He founded Blended Institute, a UK higher education institution that delivers government-certified business qualifications - enabling secondary school leavers to progress to university and working professionals to advance their careers. He is a member of the governing board of a Multi Academy Trust.
Dayo has had a career as a senior academic in higher education. As a senior academic, he has lectured on Strategy, Innovation, Enterprise, and Sustainability at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels at the University of Cambridge, and Kings College London. He has also been Deputy Director for the Centre for Innovation and Enterprise at the University of East London.
He received PhD and MBA awards from the University of Cambridge and the University of Glasgow.
Dayo is a British Judo bronze medalist and has published articles on strategy, business growth, and corporate venture capital investments. He also provided expert commentary featured in Business Leader, The Independent, Fortune Magazine, and elsewhere.
He enjoys golf, exercise, and running in his spare time.
